At Ledbetter Psychological Services, your health and well-being as well as the health of others is of the highest priority. Ledbetter Psychological Services continues to have the office open to select in-person sessions. Telehealth sessions will continue to be an option to maintain healthy physical distancing to try to keep everyone safe and healthy. We please ask that if you or anyone coming with you have any cough, cold, or flu symptoms to please reschedule your appointment. If you wish to cancel for this reason, the normal cancellation fee will be waived.

Due to COVID-19, there will be different protocols and precautions in place to try to ensure the safety of you/your child, my colleague, other clients, and your loved ones. You will be required to sign an additional consent form agreeing to the terms before coming to the office. You understand that, if I believe it is necessary, I may determine that we return to telehealth for everyone’s well-being.

Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic

If you have received the CV-19 vaccine, please bring your vaccination card/copy of your card with you to your appointment.

My office is taking the following precautions to protect our patients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

· We ask all patients to wait in their cars, outside the building, or outside the elevator until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times. You can enter the lobby closer to your appointment time.

· My colleague and I wear masks. We ask that you also wear masks while in the building and in the office.

· We maintain safe distancing in the office area.

· Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.

· Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the office rooms and the waiting room.

· We schedule appointments at specific intervals to minimize cross-traffic of other individuals.

· Areas that are commonly touched are thoroughly sanitized after each use.

· Physical contact is not permitted.

· Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.

· Common areas are thoroughly disinfected at the end of each day.
